A little about the Proposal

Jai proposed to Raina at CHATEAU ELAN WINERY in North GA on April 16th 2022. Jai had been planning this proposal for a long time I'm sure, but he reached out to me about capturing the proposal in photo and video about 3 months before the proposal. He was very thorough and specific about his idea and how he wanted it to go, which I love when the client has put in so much thought and attention to detail when it comes to photos and especially for a surprise proposal when everything has to go according to plan.

Jai had been dating Raina for 4.5years and now was the time to proposal!! He planned a whole scavenger hunt activity for the whole day on her birthday that would take her all around Atlanta. the hunt would end at Chateau Elan Winery where he told her they were going to have dinner together. Little did she know that he had hired a venue coordinator, a photographer, and a videographer to capture this special moment. He also had a picnic style table decor set up on a private balcony at Chateau Elan Winery overlooking the winery. He had rose petals on the floor that would lead them to the picnic table where Jai got down on one knee and poured out his heart to Raina and asked her to marry him. Of course, she SAID YES!!! Who wouldn’t!! \

They popped champagne together and took photos around the venue at Chateau Elan. We used the sunset Golden hour to capture the prettiest moments with the soft sunlight in the back, they both looked stunning as they strolled together through the vines of the winery. It was an unforgettable moment for our photo/video team and i’m sure for the two of them!! We are so glad to have captured this special moment for both Jai and Raina. Congrats guys - now have fun planning the best wedding ever!!!!
