El Matador Malibu Beach, SoCal Engagement & Wedding Photographer
Recently we flew to Southern California for a wedding in San Juan Capistrano. We decided to extend this trip by a few days in order to schedule some other sessions and build up our SoCal portfolio! We had a blast during this trip and it’s safe to say this has been the best trip we’ve taken out to Southern California - I came back thinking, how many weddings would I have to shoot a year in order to live out in California!!! Aaahhh Dreams for days!
The wether was nice (mostly 70’s-80’s), water was kinda cold, but the sunsets made up for it!). My husband doesn’t understand going to the beach in jeans and not getting in the water ( as we are used to going to Florida Gulf beaches each summer and there is no way NOT to jump in the water amidst 100’s weather, it’s impossible not to!) We love the beach though, and I keep trying to explain to him the differences between California beaches and Florida beaches, but I have not been very successful at this so far! haha
Anyways, we met Katie and Will via a photography website and she is a fellow wedding photographer herself! It was so fun eating pizza on the beach with them as well as running and get splashed by cold water on this day! Safe to say we hit our ‘Move’ goal on our Apple Watch activity app! Come' On!
