Cator Woolford Gardens Maternity Session , Atlanta - GA | Nilsa Prowant + Gus Gazda

Nilsa Prowant reached out to us via DM on Instagram in the fall 2020 about capturing her baby’s gender reveal in photos and video!
I was extremely excited right away, of course because she is my favorite on MTV’s FLORIBAMA Shore but also because Nilsa and Gus are such a cute couple and I was so excited to be a part of this exciting moment for them especially after going through so much in 2020 already.
I showed her this venue at Cator Woolford Gardens and she absolutely loved it! We assembled a 4 person team to make sure we caught all the angles of this reveal! She brought some props and made it even more fun with colorful balloons, baby boxes, and colorful confetti.
Nilsa had a feeling it would be a boy, and Gus too, so imagine their excitement to find out that they were RIGHT! It’s a BOY! They’re expecting their baby boy in may 2021.

Nilsa and Gus live in Atlanta so I recommended a venue in town, Cator Woolford Gardens with beautiful gardens and stunning / iconic stairs for this special moment! Nilsa LOVED this location and we booked it right away! We assembled a team of 2 photographers and 2 videographers to make sure we got everyone’s excited face as soon as they found out the gender!

Nilsa and Gus brought pink and blue balloons, baby boxes, baby shoes, ultrasound pics and of course gender reveal bio-degradable canons for their baby’s gender reveal photos. They bought so many canon’s we were able to capture their excitement a few times in different locations and different angles.

Gus’ parents joined them at the this session and were sooooo excited to find out the baby’s gender too!
Nilsa swears she knew it was a baby boy, she had a mother’s instinct already! So, when the canon popped and confirmed with blue confetti, she was soooo happy and we were all so happy for them to be welcoming a baby boy in May 2021!

Cator Woolford Gardens seriously was the perfect venue for Nilsa and Gus’ baby gender reveal! It was semi-private, beautiful, unique and epic! We can’t wait to continue to capture their special moments coming up and of course eventually meeting their baby in May!! < 3
